OREANDA-NEWS. Kaspersky Internet Security has been named the best product on the market for protection against cyberthreats by Dennis Technology Labs, receiving a 100 percent Total Accuracy rating in its annual ‘Anti-Virus Protection and Performance Report.’ Kaspersky Lab is one of the few security vendors to be awarded a AAA certificate in four consecutive Dennis Technology Labs tests.

The report consolidates all Dennis Technology Labs anti-virus tests during the last 12 months, comparing how different anti-malware products perform in terms of protecting user systems against threats and maintaining system performance. The test also compares the overall impact of different security products on user systems. A low impact rating indicates the product does not negatively interfer with the overall functioning of the device. While performing a range of tasks, Kaspersky Internet Security was found to have only a seven percent impact on systems. Other vendor’s products were found to have a far higher impact and some even provided a lower level of protection.The Kaspersky solution emerged as the top product for protection accuracy, being the only solution with a 100 percent Total Accuracy score.
