Insurance Company Amanat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of being brought by the decision the State Revenue Department of Almaty region on October 12, 2015 to administrative liability "in accordance with Article 556 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences - violation by banks, insurance companies, guarantors of requirements of the state revenue authority for payment of outstanding amounts of customs payments, taxes and fines in a timely manner in case of default by the payer on obligation to pay customs fees and taxes when using means of ensuring payment of customs duties and taxes".
