OREANDA-NEWS. The technologies and equipment of PJSC TATNEFT were presented at the XXIIIrd International exhibition "Oil and Gas KIOGE-2015", held at "Atakent" exhibition center  in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

KIOGE is the largest exhibition and conference event for.oil and gas issues in Kazakhstan and the Caspian region countries. Every year, KIOGE collects under its banners about 500 exhibiting companies from 20 countries of the world, as well as thousands representatives of science, industry and management from all areas of crude oil producing, oil refining, petrochemical and gas industries, crude oil and oil products transport, ecologists, and representatives of humanitarian and social spheres of the society and state structures.

The event is officially supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "National “KazMunayGas” Company", the Akimat of Almaty, “KazService“ Kazakhstan's Union of service companies, diplomatic missions of participating countries and the European Business Association of Kazakhstan.

This year's exhibitions of PJSC TATNEFT included the presentation materials of the advanced technologies and equipment applied at the production facilities of the Company and providing for the effective operation of oil fields.

The prominent place among the exhibits was held by the "Construction of wells" section, which demonstrated specific features of well construction and presented the technologies of sidetracking, engineering developments in the well construction at the high-viscosity oil fields, horizontal wells, etc.

The section of crude oil production included information on the technologies of dual completion and production (DCP) and balancer-free chain drives (CD) for wells with USHGN (downhole sucker-rod pumping unit). Application of the USHGN’s chain drives provide for significant savings in specific energy for the liquid lifting. The equipment also provides for reducing dynamic loads, specific metal quantity per structure, the costs of transportation, installation and maintenance.

The workover and enhanced oil recovery section included the information on application of EOR methods at the Company’s fields, as well as the results of the hydraulic fracturing technology application.

The section of crude oil refining and sale of oil and petroleum products demonstrated the   progress of the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants construction project. Today, the Complex refinery is a full-fledged participant of the crude oil refining industry in Russia and produces highly competitive, environmentally friendly products.

The range of PJSC TATNEFT’s showpieces also included products of JSC TANECO as well as products of OOO "PD Tatneft Alabuga Steclovolokno", corrosion-resistant pipes produced by the Bugulma Mechanical Plant of PJSC TATNEFT, local well casing equipment, etc.

In the frame of the exhibition, TATNEFT Company was awarded a diploma and a cup "For the best embodiment of the corporate identity”.
