Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press release stating that "the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative liability under part 1 of article 497 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, and imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a warning according to the Decree on administrative punishment in the case of an administrative offense of October 13, 2015".
