CBR reports on appointment of provisional administration
OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2015. In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18925, Sub-clause 1 of Clause 1 of Article 18926 and Clause 1 of Article 18938 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ the Bank of Russia took the following decisions (Order No. OD-2746, dated 13 October 2015):
to appoint from 13 October 2015 a provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution public joint-stock company NOTA-Bank or PJSC NOTA-Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2913, date of registration — 22 June 1994) for a six-month term. The powers of executive bodies of public joint-stock company NOTA-Bank are suspended;
to impose a three-month moratorium on meeting claims of creditors of public joint-stock company NOTA-Bank.
Oksana Vechkanova, chief economist of liquidated credit institution section No. 1 of the Credit Institution Licensing and Liquidation Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution public joint-stock company NOTA-Bank.
The provisional administration of the credit institution public joint-stock company NOTA-Bank also includes: Ye.B. Vaisberg, D.G. Dmitriev, P.V. Fabrichniy, Ye.G. Silkina, S.V. Kostyukhin, S.A. Skvortsov, Yu.B. Borisov, A.Ye. Karnaukhov, A.S. Pugiev, N.G. Pytel, Z.V. Ivanova, N.V. Shadrina, P.A. Savkin, D.M. Bulgakov, I.A. Slyusarev, G.S. Gelfman, A.V. Vasiliev.
