OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has cancelled the credit rating assigned to OOO IK Soyuz-Capital following the expiration of its rating contract. The rating was "B+" on the international scale and "BB+" on the national scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

Soyuz-Capital is a limited liability Moscow investment company and professional securities market participant licensed by the Federal Financial Markets Service. Its independent existence dates from 2008, when it was split off from OOO Bintex. Its principle lines of business are the provision of brokerage services and proprietary investment activity. The non-state pension fund NPF Stroikompleks placed funds in a brokerage account with the Company in 2014. Maxim Sergeyevich Astrakhantsev is the sole owner.

The Company’s operations are financed mainly out of its own funds, most of which have been invested in Russian regional small business high-technology funds managed by the affiliated UK Sberezheniya i Investitsii [trs. Savings and Investments Management Company]. Client resources accessed under brokerage contracts are typically held for short periods and as a result frequently do not show up in reporting date balances. Overall risk sensitivity is low.
