OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2015. As recent winters have continued to deliver cold temperatures and an increase in snowfall rates throughout much of the country, it is clear that winter maintenance professionals are in need of more than just road salt to keep the roads safe. That’s why Cargill Deicing Technology has created the AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system to create custom liquid blends to tackle any winter weather situation.

“As more of our customers are adding liquids to their arsenal of snow fighting tools, we recognized a need for greater flexibility with their brine makers,” said Ken Howe, VP Sales Manager. “Specifically, the need to create custom liquid blends for colder temperatures has increased. The AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system allows customers to expand the use of their current brine maker without the need to purchase a new system.”

A standalone unit that works with your AccuBrine® unit or with any brine maker, this state-of-the-art truck loading and blending system allows users to create as many customized liquid blends as needed. Using an in-line volume ratio blending method to fill your truck with customized brine blends accurately and quickly, the AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system’s modular design gives you the option to add additives to blend with brine.

“This system is modular so it can easily grow as the customer’s needs change,” said Anthony Hensley, Operations Manager for the Advanced Products Division. “Users also have the ability to add the tanker truck offload option which enables them to off-load liquid from their trucks to their tanks if they don’t use all the product.”
