NBG's International Reserves Made USD 2,5 mln
OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data, the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) international reserve totaled USD 2 464,3 million as of September 30, 2015, that is by USD 1,1 million more than the index of August 31, 2015.
The international reserve, converted in foreign currency, totaled USD 2 257,8 million, including that floated as securities – USD 1 560,5 million, as well as that on the accounts of foreign banks and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) – USD 697,3 million. The amount of funds placed in SDR totaled USD 206,5 million, while reserve position with IMF totaled USDD 14 thousand.
Since the beginning of the year, the NBG international reserve dropped by USD 235,1 million.
