OREANDA-NEWS. Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a study of the structure of the market of new and used cars in the Ural Federal District (UFD), and they were the top-10 of the most popular models.

The most popular new passenger car in Urals is Hyundai Solaris. For 8 months of 2015 there were appeared 5471 new "Solaris" cars in the road of UFD. In the second place there is AvtoVAZ’s LADA Granta, which is slightly inferior to the leader (5051 units). The third place is held by the Korean model KIA Rio also with a good result of 4977 sold cars.

The fourth place is occupied by the SUV of AvtoVAZ - LADA 4x4 (2183 units). The fifth and sixth places with the same number of sold cars are divided between Renault Logan and Duster (2143 units each). In the seventh position there is AvtoVAZ’s wagon with increased capacity LADA Largus (2037 units). The top-10 also included Toyota RAV4 (1966 units), Volkswagen Polo (1965 units) and Datsun on-DO (1754 units).

Top-10 of used cars in UFO includes 8 models LADA - (1-4 places: VAZ-2110, 2114, 2107, 2112; and 7-10 place: VAZ-2121, 2109, 2115, 21099) and two foreign cars Daewoo Nexia (5th place of ranking) and Ford Focus (6th place of ranking).
