OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2015. We're experiencing technology issues on Southwest.com and at airports across our system today which are impacting future bookings and are requiring us to process Customers manually as they arrive for travel. We're asking Customers to arrive at least two hours prior to their scheduled departures to help minimize delays.

As of Noon CDT, nearly 250 flights have been delayed in departing, out of approximately 3600 flights scheduled to operate today.

While teams work diligently to enhance the performance of our technology, our airport-based Employees are working with Customers on their individual itineraries and we apologize for the extra effort and delayed arrival of passengers and their baggage.
