Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 21 September 2015, on forced liquidation of the credit institution Commercial Bank Stariy Kreml (limited liability company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2657, date of registration - 21 January 1994) and appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2707, dated 8 October 2015) to terminate from 9 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Stariy Kreml (limited liability company), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1548, dated 3 July 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Stariy Kreml (Limited Liability Company) or CB Stariy Kreml (LLC) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
