The new “Lyxor J.P. Morgan Multi-Factor Europe Index UCITS ETF” tracks the performance of all European stock corporations in the five J.P. Morgan Equity Risk Premia Europe indices. The ETF thus combines different investment approaches that are designed in accordance with the following criteria and equally weighted in the reference index:
- Low size: companies with low market capitalisation
- Value: price-to-earnings ratio, price-to-book ratio and cash flow -
- Quality: return on equity, debt ratio and net profit margin
- Low beta: companies with a low beta factor
- Momentum: companies with high positive volatility
