OREANDA-NEWS.  A complex safety inspection was successfully performed at the “LatRosTrans” Ltd (LRT) line production control station (LPCS) “Ilūkste” on Thursday, September 10. It was performed in order to make sure that management of the higher danger object does not create threats to the company’s employees, or to the surrounding residents and the environment. In the course of the inspection, the control station was surveyed and documentation was checked. No objections were received from the commission members.

LRT pays special intention to accident risk management, the purpose of which is to reduce or prevent possibility of emergencies or to limit their scope. The company provides automated management of technological processes, which also has an integrated safety system. Up-to-date technological devices and automated management systems have been set up, thinking about how to ensure operative liquidation of consequences in case of an accident.

The management and employees of “LatRosTrans” are aware that general readiness for emergency situations is important to the company, the responsible state and municipal services, as well as the entire society.
