Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licence to act as a management company of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to the Management Company Personal Investments, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Management Company) (PSRN: 1057746027767; TIN: 7725529468).

When executing its licensed activities, the Management Company repeatedly within a year failed to comply with Bank of Russia requirements to remedy violations of Russian federal laws.
