to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company non-governmental pension fund VTB Pension Fund (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80181-N;

to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Novy Registrator (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares at stock splitting, state registration number of the issue is 1-02-40345-Н;
