OREANDA-NEWS. CHORUS Clean Energy AG (ISIN: DE000A12UL56) has been listed in the Prime Standard at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 7 October. A total of 12.16 million shares were placed in the IPO. The total issue volume, including greenshoe was approximately €119 million. The initial listing price was €9.75; the issue price €9.75.

The IPO was accompanied by Berenberg and BHF Bank. Both also act as a designated sponsor on Xetra. Baader Bank has the role of the specialist on the Börse Frankfurt venue.

According to information provided by the company, CHORUS Group was founded in 1998 and operates solar and wind parks in five European countries. To date, approximately 70 solar and wind parks with an output of more than 250 megawatts have been realized.
