OREANDA-NEWS. In September 2015, PJSC TATNEFT produced 2,224,529 tonnes of crude oil or 102.9% versus September 2014 (+63,257 tonnes). The volume of crude oil production for nine months of 2015 amounted to 19,884,772 tonnes, which was 281,987 tonnes more than in 2014 (101.4%). The volume of collected associated petroleum gas increased by 3.73 million m3 and amounted to 667.8 million m3 (100.6 per cent).

The production volume for TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 20,119,094 tonnes of crude oil (101.4%; +286,677 tonnes versus the level of the previous year).

New Drilling

The new drilling penetration for nine months of 2015 amounted to 662.1 thousand meters (plan – 643.6 thousand meters) with the production drilling accounting for 405.9 thousand meters (plan – 390.7 thousand meters) and exploratory drilling accounting for 13.5 thousand meters (plan – 12 thousand meters), while drilling to bitumen deposits amounted to 242.7 thousand meters (plan – 240.9 thousand meters).

6.5 thousand meters (plan – 5.1 thousand meters) were penetrated for OOO “Tatneft-Samara”, including production drilling amounting to 3.4 thousand meters (plan – 2.9 thousand meters) and exploratory drilling amounting to 3.1 thousand meters (plan – 2.2 thousand meters).

471 wells (plan – 455 wells) were delivered to customers, including production drilling amounting to 240 wells (plan – 228 wells); exploratory drilling amounting to 9 wells (plan – 9 wells) and drilling to bitumen deposits amounted to 222 wells (plan – 218 wells).

2 wells (plan – 2 wells) were delivered for OOO “Tatneft-Samara”, including 1 production well (plan – 1 well) and 1 exploratory well (plan – 1 well).

Active Well Stock Drilling

The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores amounted to 22.1 thousand meters for nine months of 2015 (plan – 21.6 thousand meters), while 57 wells (plan – 56 wells) were delivered to customers.

The average number of drilling crews performing conventional well drilling operations during nine months of 2015 amounted to 43, while 9 drilling crews were engaged in drilling laterals and lateral horizontal wellbores.

25 drilling crews performed drilling to the bituminous deposits.

Repair of Wells

During nine months of 2015, the crews of well remedial servicing, workover and oil recovery enhancement operations performed well remedial servicing in 7,140 wells (979 wells in September) and workover operations in 1,768 wells (211 wells in September).

62 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan for OOO “Tatneft-Samara”.

Formation hydrocracking operations were carried out in 489 wells (49 wells in September).

Crude oil recovery enhancement operations were performed in 2,020 wells (215 wells in September), including chemical methods applied in 991 wells (111 wells in September).

Production Performance of JSC TANECO

The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 782.8 thousand tonnes of raw materials in September 2015 and 6,875.6 thousand tonnes since the beginning of the year, including 710.3 thousand tonnes of petroleum feedstock and 6,474.4 thousand tonnes since the beginning of the year. The Complex yielded 751.4 thousand tonnes of oil products in September and 6,603.2 thousand tonnes since the beginning of the year.
