OREANDA-NEWS. The traditional "Day of Donor" has been held at the Shvabe Holding's enterprise at the support of the Sverdlovskoye regional division of the Russian machine-building union.

More than 100 employees of UOMS PA JSC, a Shvabe Holding's enterprise, have taken part in the Day of Donor activities.

"Only a person can give blood" - being guided by this motto Shvabe employees, in the course of several years, have actively been participating in the federal Programme of the Russian Blood Service for development of voluntary contribution of their blood. This year the Day of Donor has been held in UOMZ PA JSC already for the third time.

"Since the beginning of the year more than 300 employees of the enterprise have given their blood within the framework of participation in the charitable project. Traditionally, the Day of Donor is held in the Shvabe Holding's enterprises quarterly - at the end of the working week," told Viktor Samoilov, Shvabe JSC's deputy general director for personnel development and organizational issues.

Let us remind that last year, within the framework of the VII Annual All-Russian Forum of the Russian Blood Service, Shvabe Holding was marked as an active participant of the programme for development of mass voluntary contribution of blood.
