OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has changed the outlook on the company’s credit ratings from “stable” to “positive” in response to a substantial inflow of funds into brokerage and asset management accounts, which reinforces the stability of its business model.

The ratings themselves remain unchanged at “BBB” on the national scale and “BB” on the international scale.

The rating itself is based on successful operations in the securities market, effective corporate governance, and scope for support from the parent group.

Constraining factors include the Company's relatively modest size, elevated currency risk, a decline in brokerage turnover on the Russian market, and the impact of currency fluctuations on profits.
