OREANDA-NEWS. Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 30, 2015 at 16:00 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start.

The only item on the meeting agenda is revision of the amount of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors of the bank.

The meeting will be held at: 172 Dostyk Ave., Almaty.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the bank's shareholders will be held on November 30, 2015 at the same time at the same address.
