No refunds will be issued should travel to the conference destination become difficult due to weather, curtailment of transportation or other circumstances beyond the control of the GTC, provided the Conference moves forward as planned.

Credit cards ONLY will be accepted for on-site registrations. No checks accepted. All registration fees must be PREPAID-- no invoicing will be done after the event. Please make sure your credit card company and your bank will permit on-line, international credit card transactions before attempting to register.

Refund Policy for Exhibitors:
Notice of Cancellation or booth reduction received prior to September 11, 2015 will result in a 50% refund of the total booth cost to the Exhibitor. No refunds will be issued after September 11, 2015.
