Maten Petroleum JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an information statement saying that on September 30, 2015 the Board of Directors took a decision to "release Mr. Ning Zhu from position of Chairman of Management Board of the Company and elect to this position Mr. Wang Wentaо".
