Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y10E855 (KZ2C00003077, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", HSBKb19) of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in the period from February 12 to August 11, 2015.

According to the letter provided, as of August 11, 2015 13,165,175 bonds were outstanding.
