Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan receives warning for committing administrative violation
OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2015. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following official letter:
Following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of September 10, 2015, a warning was issued according to part 2 of article 168 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of January 30, 2001, and the Bank was drawn to administrative responsibility according to part 5 of article 168-6 of article 168 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of January 30, 2001.
The resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan is effective as of September 28, 2015.
The Bank failed to provide reports for May, October 2012, required data on a contract of a client according to the form specified in Appendix 7 to Rules No. 42 of February 24, 2012.
The penalty equals to KZT158,560.
