OREANDA-NEWS. Libya's state-owned NOC expects to resume exports from the 150,000 b/d Zueitina crude terminal soon, a spokesman for the firm told Argus.

The exact time frame for reopening the terminal is unclear, but NOC said it is in the process of preparing the export programme. The last cargo to be exported from Zueitina was in late May, before protesters shut down a pipeline connecting the oil fields that supply crude to the port.

Libya is currently producing around 400,000 b/d, only a quarter of the level the Opec member achieved before the revolution in 2011.
