Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that the bank's sole shareholder on September 29, 2015 took decisions on electing to the bank's Board of Directors Vulis Felix Jeff as of September 29, 2015 and increasing the number of staff of the bank's Board of Directors to nine persons.
