OREANDA-NEWS. The Krasny Kotelshchik - Taganrog Boiler-Making Works forming part of the Power Machines Company has finished to manufacture and ship 17 horizontal filters with diameter of 3,000 mm which are designed to treat wastewater at the Local filtration plant situated in the territory of Severstal PJSC.

As compared to vertical filters previously produced by Krasny Kotelshchik for other customers, this product has a larger filtration area resulting in higher quality of treatment. Additional design solutions to protect the equipment against corrosion (cathodic protection) are used in the project as well.

Let us recall that earlier, in the second quarter of 2015, Krasny Kotelshchik produced two high pressure heaters for a steam-air-thermal power plant belonging to the Severstal Company.
