"The permission to carry out ground works was received, works on preparation and improvement of the land were implemented," - he said. The representative of the Great Wall has expressed confidence in the quality and timely completion of construction.

We recall the agreement on construction of the plant in the Tula region for the production of cars Haval was signed in Shanghai in May 2014 between the Government of the Tula region, Tula Region Development Corporation and the Chinese automaker Great Wall Motors. The automobile plant will include stamping shop, welding, painting, assembly, manufacture of spare parts. The company will create 2,500 jobs. The designed capacity of car plant will produce up to 150,000 cars a year. Total investment in the project was 500 million dollars. The first cars will leave the assembly line in 2017. It is planned to produce four models of SUVs under brand Haval, including H2, H6 Coupe, H8 and H9.
