OREANDA-NEWS. “Maintenance of the aesthetic condition of the landscaped springs and water quality improvement” annual review contest is held in PJSC TATNEFT.

This contest, which is one of the most picturesque and original ecological contests, has been held among the Company’s enterprises since 1995. The materials on the claimed springs submitted for the contest, as well as the water sources ecological condition are assessed. In addition to the structural subdivisions of TATNEFT, service enterprises of Tatarstan also participate in the contest.

The targeted geological and technical activities carried out by the oilmen in the areas of TATNEFT Company’s activities contribute to the prevention of drinking water sources pollution. PJSC TATNEFT has developed and implemented a monitoring system for the operational monitoring of the surface water and groundwater in the territory of the Company’s activities. The water quality is systematically evaluated and analyzed in the laboratory.

Currently, the oilmen maintain and keep more than 300 springs in proper condition.
