OREANDA-NEWS. National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on the decision of its  Board of Directors of September 17, 2015:

"...- powers of the Management Board members of NC KTZ JSC Sholpan Omarbekova and Nurdaulet Kilybay were early terminated;

- Maxat Kabashev and Akbulat Zhagiparov were elected as members of the Management Board of NC KTZ JSC".
