"...Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or the "Company") (LSE, KASE: KCEL), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan by market share in terms of revenue and subscribers, announces that the Board of Directors resolved on 22 September 2015 to enter into a credit line agreement with Kazkommertsbank JSC for KZT 17 billion for the purpose of financing its working capital.

On 25 September 2015, Kcell JSC received KZT 17 billion under the terms of this credit line".
