OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors elected Vyacheslav Mikhalenko as a Member of the Gazprom Management Committee for a five-year term.

At the same time, the Board of Directors terminated the authority of Dmitry Lyugai as a Member of the Company’s Management Committee.

Background

In August 2015 Vyacheslav Mikhalenko was appointed Head of Department 308 at Gazprom. Oleg Aksyutin, previously in charge of Department 308, became Head of Department 123. Dmitry Lyugai, former Head of Department 123, was appointed Director General of Gazprom VNIIGAZ.
