OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2015. Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register reports on the results of the issue of series 01, 02 and 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the Moscow-based BEST-Motors, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-36447-R, 4-02-36447-R, 4-03-36447-R.

To recognise these issues invalid due to the failure to place securities and to cancel their state registration;

to refuse to register reports on the results of the issue of series 01, 02 and 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the Moscow-based Avan Capital, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-36448-R, 4-02-36448-R, 4-03-36448-R.

To recognise these issues invalid due to the failure to place securities and to cancel their state registration;

to refuse to register reports on the results of the issue of series 01, 02 and 03 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the Moscow-based Prima Investments, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-36449-R, 4-02-36449-R, 4-03-36449-R.

To recognise these issues invalid due to the failure to place securities and to cancel their state registration;

to suspend the issue of bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Upravlenie Otkhodami, placed as addition to the issue of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds with state registration number 4-02-76600-H;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain placed through allocation;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company TETRA placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-77132-Н-001D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Scientific and Production Corporation Precise Instrument-Making Systems placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13896-А-008D;

to suspend the issue of series 01 non-convertible registered uncertified bonds of the Moscow-based Financial and Industrial Company FORTA, limited liability company, placed through public subscription;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Pharmacy Chain 36.6 placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-07335-А-004D;

to resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Electric (the Perm Region) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-52774-К-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund ZERICH (the Kemerovo Region) placed through allocation, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80161-N;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Central Design Bureau of Automatics (the Omsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-12656-F-003D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Private Pension Fund of Sberbank placed through allocation, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80163-N;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Doverie placed through allocation, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80164-N;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Votkinsk Plant (The Udmurt Republic) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55471-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based close joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Reliable House-1 placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-82441-H to the issue of securities;

to register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Stock Strategic Initiatives placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36481-R to the issue of securities;

to register an issue and a prospectus of non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Mortgage Agent KM, limited liability company, placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36480-R to the issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund Russian Standard placed through allocation of shares, the state registration number of the issues is 1-01-80176-N;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Targin (The Republic of Bashkortostan) placed through exchange of a share of the sole participant in the authorised capital of Targin LLC into shares of JSC Targin established as a result of reorganisation through transformation, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50475-А.
