OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-2487, dated 18 September 2015 the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 18 September 2015, a provisional administration to the insurance company Gialit-Polis, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 3526).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's insurance and reinsurance licences (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2015, dated 6 August 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Victoria Morozova (mailing address: P.O. Box 8059, Rostov-on-Don, 344000), member of non-profitable partnership Self-regulatory Interregional Non-profit Organisation Association of Crisis Managers (18 km Moskovskoe Shosse, Samara, 443072), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
