Nissan announces change in VP of global communications
Adashek will lead the global communications team, which spans activities including corporate communications, product communications and internal communications. He replaces Jeff Kuhlman who has decided to return to the U.S. for family reasons.
Adashek brings over 20 years of communication and political experience to Nissan. He joins Nissan from Microsoft Corporation, where he was the general manager of communications strategy. Prior to that, he was the executive vice president of Edelman Public Relations, where he served as a global client relationship manager. He also has extensive experience in advising government officials in thought leadership, transitional change, and strategy building spanning from the United States Treasury Department to the '04 Kerry-Edwards presidential campaign. He began his career at the White House, in the Office of the Staff Secretary.
