The issue publishes information on Bank of Russia adjustment ratios used to calculate the value of collateral on Bank of Russia loans.

The issue presents a review of the situation in the domestic foreign currency market in July 2015.

The Bulletin publishes the following Bank of Russia Orders:

No. OD-2480, dated 18 September 2015, on the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution JSC TUSARBANK;

No. OD-2481, dated 18 September 2015, on the appointment of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution JSC TUSARBANK due to the revocation of its banking licence.
