Ventspils nafta makes shareholder’s notification on acquisition of a material indirect shareholding
OREANDA-NEWS. September 25, 2015. JSC “Ventspils nafta” ("Ventspils Nafta" or "the Group") received a notification from “Vitol R&M” SA regarding the acquisition of a material indirect shareholding in “Ventspils nafta”.
According to “Vitol R&M” SA notification, attached hereto, on September 17, 2015 “Vitol R&M” SA indirectly acquired an additional 45 190 423 shares, equivalent to 43.25% of the total voting capital of the Group. “Vitol R&M” SA now indirectly owns 97 412 682 shares, equivalent to 93.24% of the Group's total voting capital. Shares were directly acquired by “Euromin Holdings (Cyprus) Limited”, a 100% subsidiary of “Vitol R&M” SA.
