Sberbank Opens Online Chat for Corporate Clients
OREANDA-NEWS. Users of Sberbank Business Online, the internet bank for corporate clients, can now communicate with the contact centre's technical support team via an online chat service.
The open chat button is accessible in every section of Sberbank Business Online. Clients can use the chat to receive answers to questions that they would usually ask via telephone, for example, how to draw up a document, print a statement, create an electronic signature.
"We aim to make interaction between Sberbank and our clients as convenient as possible," commented Senior Vice President of Sberbank Svetlana Sagaidak. "For example, if a client is abroad, it might be more convenient for them to use the chat function rather than phone the call centre."
