OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2015. Kellogg Company's longstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion has been recognized by several organizations this year, with Working Mother again naming Kellogg one of its "100 Best Companies" for a fifth time.

In developing its list of the best, Working Mother evaluated Kellogg and other companies in the areas of paid time off and leaves; workplace profile; benefits; women's issues and advancement; flexible work; company culture; and work life programs.

Among the many Kellogg professionals balancing home and work is

Wendy Davidson, President, U.S. Specialty Channels. As a mother, wife and executive, Wendy shares more about herself and her family in this month's issue of Working Mother magazine.
