OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 September 2015, the Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in bankruptcy prevention of the joint-stock commercial bank INVESTMENT TRADE BANK (public joint-stock company) or JSCB Investtorgbank (PJSC) (registration number - 2763, the city of Moscow).

In accordance with the decision taken, initially JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL (PJSC) was engaged as an investor to carry out financial rehabilitation of JSCB Investtorgbank (PJSC).

JSCB Investtorgbank (PJSC) was provided with funds to maintain liquidity in the amount sufficient for its continuous operation and for the recovery of timely settlements with the creditors.

The Agency will hold a tender to select an investor to carry out financial rehabilitation of the bank. The winner will be the entity to offer the most favourable conditions for JSCB Investtorgbank (PJSC) financial rehabilitation.
