OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 September 2015, the Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in bankruptcy prevention of JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA (registration number - 3085, the city of Saratov).

The Agency held a tender to select an investor who proposed the most favourable conditions for bankruptcy prevention financing of JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA. Resulting the tender PJSC Sovcombank (registration number 963) (hereinafter, the Investor) has been selected.

The participation plan provides taking over JSC JSCB EXPRESS-VOLGA by the Investor, as well as its reorganisation through merger with PJSC Sovcombank.
