OREANDA-NEWS. The in-person meeting of the Board of Directors was held of Scientific and Production Association Optica, the Shvabe Holding's Company.

At the end of the meeting some issues were discussed, including the approval of the supplementary agreement to the employment contract concluded with the Director General of the Company and the payment of his annual bonus for 2014.
