OREANDA-NEWS. MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that Alexander Dodds, Executive Vice President of Group Exploration & Production (E&P) is leaving his position for personal reasons as of today. MOL Group would like to acknowledge Mr. Dodds’ contribution to the group during the past two years, wishing him all the best in the future.

Simultaneously Dr. Berislav Gaso has been nominated to manage the E&P segment of MOL Group in his current capacity as Chief Operating Officer.

According to the Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets Dr. Gaso is not considered as an executive employee of MOL Plc.
