OREANDA-NEWS. Zhaikmunai JSC (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... On September 15, 2015 Zhaikmunai LLP received a statement of claim from Zhaik Trans IE, in which Zhaik Trans IE requests the court to recover from Zhaikmunai LLP debt of KZT8,659,840. The management thinks that this claim is unjustified and cannot affect investors' interests".
