As was announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated September 17, 2015 ordinary shares KZ1C59920013 (ISIN – KZ1C00001130) of Modern Nomads Entertainment JSC (Almaty) have been included in the second category of KASE official list.

The Listing Commission decision is effective as of September 21, 2015 after the issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of KASE-based trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.
