CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board Herman Gref held the annual meeting with the bank's major individual clients during a business breakfast. 1,200 regional clients were able to tune into the event via video broadcast. During the business breakfast the head of Sberbank was asked about various aspects of the bank's activities as well as the economic situation in Russia and the world.

"This is the second time we have held this event for clients, which provides an opportunity to get a feel for their mood, give them feedback, let them know in what direction the bank is moving, what our plans are for the near future," said Herman Gref. "Today it is especially important to be in the same information space as the client, since client behaviour has a big impact on the market situation."

Currently the premium branch network "Sberbank First" comprises 141 offices in more than 100 Russian cities.
