The Board of Directors withdrew Alexey Teksler from the Strategy committee and elected Nikolay Shulginov, Chairman of the Management Board, General Director of RusHydro, to the Strategy Committee.

The Board of Directors determined that the Investments Committee should consist of 14 members and elected Vyacheslav Pivovarov, member of the Board of Directors, to the Investments Committee.
