Ventspils nafta makes shareholders notifications on acquisition and disposal of a material shareholding
OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2015. JSC “Ventspils nafta” ("Ventspils Nafta" or "the Group") received a notification from “Euromin Holdings (Cyprus) Limited” ("Euromin") regarding the acquisition of a material shareholding in “Ventspils nafta” and a notification from JSC "Latvijas Naftas Tranzits'" ("LNT") regarding the disposal of a material shareholding in “Ventspils nafta”. According to both parties the price of the Purchase was at 1.77 Euros per share.
According to Euromin notification, which is attached to this release, on September 17, 2015 Euromin acquired an additional 45 190 423 shares, equivalent to 43.25% of the total voting capital of the Group. Euromin now directly owns 97 412 682 shares, equivalent to 93.24% of the Group's total voting capital. In its turn, according to LNT notification, which is also attached to this release, on September 17, 2015 LNT disposed 45 190 423 shares, equivalent to 43.25% of the total voting capital of the Group and no longer owns any share of the Group.
