PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon motion (the "Motion") of Daniyar Bazarbekovich Bekturganov (the "Foreign Representative"), as the duly appointed and authorized foreign representative of JSC "Astana-Finance" ("AF"), which was subject to a special judicial restructuring proceeding (the "Restructuring Proceeding") taking place in the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Kazakhstan"), by and through his U.S. Counsel, Sidley Austin LLP, the Foreign Representative shall move, for an order closing the case In re JSC "Astana-Finance," No. 14-11214 (MEW) without terminating or modifying the validity or enforceability of any previous orders entered by this Court in the above-captioned chapter 15 proceeding.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all responses or objections, if any, to the Motion shall be made in writing, must confirm to the Bankruptcy Rules and the Local Rules of the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, shall state with particularity the grounds therefore, and shall be filed with the Court electronically in accordance with General Order M-399 (which may be found at www.nysb.uscourts.gov, the official website for the Bankruptcy Court) by registered users of the Court's case filing system, and by all other parties in interest on a CD-ROM or 3.5 inch disk, in text searchable Portable Document Format (PDF),  (with a courtesy copy delivered directly to Chambers) in accordance with the customary practices of the Bankruptcy Court and General Order M-399, to the extent applicable, and shall be served in accordance with General Order M-399 upon (i) the Chambers of the Honorable Michael E. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that unless a written objection to the Motion with proof of service is filed with the Court by the Objection Deadline, there will not be a hearing and the court may enter an order approving the Motion.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if a written objection is timely filed, the Court will hold a hearing on the Motion, along with any written objection timely served, at a date to be determined before the Honorable Michael E. Wiles, United States Bankruptcy Judge, in Room 617 of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, One Bowling Green, New York, New York, 10004.  The moving and objecting parties are required to attend the hearing, and failure to attend in person or by counsel may result in relief being granted or denied upon default.
