Golden Compass Capital JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of September 8, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZ2C0Y10E396 (KZ2C00001956, KASE official list, "other debt securities" category, GLDCb1) of Golden Compass Capital JSC (Almaty) in the period from January 11 to July 10, 2015.

According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the period under review; as of July 10, 2015, 5,008, 610,304 bonds remained unplaced.
